7-day refund guarantee

The courses on our Courses page that show a “7-day refund guarantee” can be refunded within 7 days of enrolment, with no questions asked. If you are not happy with the course in the first 7 days, ask us for your money back and we will refund the amount you paid for that course.

How to ask for a refund

  1. Send your request through the Contact page within 7 days of enrolling.
  2. Tell us your name, the mobile number you used to enrol, and the course.
  3. We will confirm your request by reply and then process the refund to the payment method you used.

Things to know

  • If you pay in instalments, the guarantee covers the amount you have paid so far.
  • Requests made after the 7 days are not covered by this guarantee.
  • Free content on the website (current affairs, notes, previous year questions) costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
